 Hello, my name is Paul Barlow, I am the founder of Nirvana Coaching and Counselling and I am passionate about supporting people who want to make significant changes in their lives. From my base in Bude, Cornwall I run a number of Coaching programmes. I draw from a wide range of techniques including, Neural Pathway Restructuring™, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Counselling. I work with an extensive range of issues and I do this via face to face sessions or over Skype. That means that wherever you are we can work together.
I am a results orientated coach, and change can happen quickly in my programmes but there is no magic wand here! Coaching work is a process and requires effort, focus and commitment from you, the client. As you go through the process you will have the opportunity to gain awareness, build self-belief, make new choices and shift old issues.
